To grow the pipeline of donors to the division of Mission & Ministry, ºÚÁÏÍø is looking to hire an Associate Director, Leadership Giving (Leadership Giving Officer), to increase support to the division with gifts ranging from $10,000 to $99,999. Reporting to the Executive Director, Academic Partnerships, and working closely with the Vice President for the Division of Mission & Ministry, the Leadership Giving Officer will carry a portfolio of leadership giving prospects, developing strategies to move prospects through the engagement, solicitation, and stewardship process. The Leadership Giving Officer must be able to build philanthropic relationships in support of the division and possess strong communication and collaboration skills working internally with colleagues and externally with donors.
As part of the Division of Student Life, Campus Safety Services (CSS) collaborates across divisions and departments to support a diverse and inclusive University community in a manner that fosters safety and belonging, and that encourages student learning and success. CSS operates 24/7/365, serving the community of students, faculty, staff, alumni and University guests. CSS staff are collaborative partners in implementing the Jesuit commitment to cura personalis with all members of our community, particularly with regard to the holistic formation of our students.
The Senior Program Director of Immersions (SPDI) oversees the Ignatian Center’s immersion programs and manages the Immersions Team in collaboration with the Associate Director of Community Engaged Student Learning (AD-CESL). The Ignatian Center Immersions are grounded in the Center’s Jesuit, Catholic educational tradition, emphasizing opportunities for student academic, emotional, social and spiritual growth and vocational discernment. For all immersions, the Program Director manages the logistical preparation of immersion trips and student leadership opportunities. The SPDI manages the assignment of individual immersion programs to the SPDI, Immersions Program Directors, and in some cases other Division and ºÚÁÏÍø staff.
