Headspace offers mental health support accessible to everyone, no matter their background or experience. Through the Headspace app, they provide mindfulness tools for everyday life, including meditations, sleepcasts, mindful movement and focus exercises.
A brief mindfulness exercise at the start of class can help bring attention and presence to the class, meeting or activity. The basic practices can help reduce the physiological impacts of stress or anxiety on learning during class while improving focus for everyone.
